The Wereda 01 Administration G+4 Block Construction project was undertaken to develop a modern administrative facility in Kolfe Keranyo Sub City, Addis Ababa. The scope of work included site preparation, foundation works, structural construction, masonry works, finishing works, and installation of essential utility systems such as electrical, water supply, sanitation, and drainage infrastructure. The G+4 building was designed and constructed in compliance with modern engineering and construction standards to ensure durability, safety, and long-term operational efficiency.

Executed for Wereda 01 Administration, the project was successfully completed with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, timely delivery, and sustainable construction practices.
