Maitenance and building Service

The Maintenance and Building Service project was undertaken in Adigrat and Axum, Tigray Region, for the Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation to ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and functionality of essential facilities and infrastructure. The project aimed to enhance building performance, improve safety standards, and support efficient operational activities.

The scope of work included building maintenance, repair works, structural improvements, utility system servicing, renovation activities, and other associated civil works required to maintain and improve facility conditions. Key activities involved inspection, repair, and upgrading of building components, electrical systems, water supply systems, sanitation infrastructure, and related services.

Executed with a strong focus on quality workmanship, reliability, and timely service delivery, the project was successfully completed in accordance with technical standards and operational requirements. The completed maintenance and service works significantly improved facility durability, operational efficiency, and infrastructure reliability for the Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation in Adigrat and Axum.
