Jemo G+4 Condominium Apartments

The Jemo G+4 Apartments Project was undertaken for the Addis Ababa Lideta Sub-City Housing Development Project Office as part of the government's affordable housing program.

The scope of work included the construction of eight G+4 residential apartment blocks together with all associated civil, structural, architectural, sanitary, electrical, and external infrastructure works. The project involved site development, foundation and superstructure construction, finishing works, utility installations, access roads, drainage systems, and landscaping.

Samson Gebreyohannes Building Contractor successfully completed the project while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship. The completed development provides modern residential housing and contributes to the improvement of urban living conditions in Addis Ababa.
