Construction Of one Bed Room Type Condominium House

The Construction of One Bedroom Type Condominium House project was undertaken in Semera to support residential infrastructure development and improve housing accessibility within the Afar Region. The project aimed to provide affordable, functional, and durable condominium housing units designed to meet modern living standards.

The scope of work included site preparation, foundation works, reinforced concrete structural construction, masonry works, architectural finishing, and installation of essential utility systems such as electrical, water supply, sanitation, and drainage infrastructure. The one-bedroom condominium units were designed to ensure efficient space utilization, comfort, durability, and long-term functionality.

Executed for the Afar National Regional State Pastorial & Agro Pastoral Development Bureau, the project was successfully completed in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements. The completed condominium houses contribute significantly to improving housing availability, enhancing living conditions, and supporting sustainable urban development in Semera.
