Ato G/Meskel G/Yohannes Hotel

The Ato G/Meskel G/Yohannes Hotel Building project was undertaken to construct a modern multi-story hotel facility in Addis Ababa, supporting the growing demand for quality hospitality infrastructure in the city. The project focused on delivering a structurally sound and well-built hotel building that meets modern construction and safety standards.

The scope of work included construction of the structural framework, block work, and plastering works for the B+G+M+4 hotel building. Major activities involved reinforced concrete structural works, masonry block installation, wall construction, and internal and external plaster finishing to ensure structural integrity, durability, and high-quality workmanship.

Executed with a focus on precision, quality, and timely delivery, the project was successfully completed in accordance with engineering specifications and construction standards. The completed hotel building provides a strong foundation for a modern hospitality facility and contributes to the expansion of Addis Ababa’s commercial and tourism infrastructure.
