AMEN TEACHERS APARTMENT BUILDING

The 1B+G+10 Apartment Building Construction project was undertaken by Samson G/Yohannes Building Contractor for the Amen Teachers Cooperative Society in Addis Ababa. The project aims to develop a modern residential complex that will provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality housing for members of the teachers' association.

The scope of work includes site preparation, large-scale excavation, foundation works, reinforced concrete structural construction, masonry works, architectural finishing, and the installation of essential utility systems, including electrical, water supply, sanitation, and drainage infrastructure.

The project began with extensive earthworks and deep foundation excavation to establish a strong structural base capable of supporting an eleven-story residential development consisting of one basement, a ground floor, and ten upper floors.

The apartment complex is being constructed in accordance with Ethiopian Construction Practice Standards and modern engineering requirements, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, durability, and efficient project execution.

Upon completion, the development will significantly improve housing opportunities for teachers by providing a modern residential environment that supports long-term community development in Addis Ababa.
