ADDIS ABABA NIFAS SILK lafto Housing development Project Office

The Addis Ababa Nifas Silk Lafto Housing Development Project Office was established to oversee and support the construction of a cost-efficient apartment building project in Lideta, Addis Ababa. This project focused on delivering affordable, high-quality residential infrastructure while maintaining strict cost control and construction efficiency.

The scope of work included site preparation, structural construction, project coordination, and implementation of modern building standards to ensure safety, durability, and long-term sustainability. Special attention was given to efficient resource utilization, quality assurance, and timely execution throughout all project phases.

The project was successfully completed with a contract value of ETB 170,181,286.40 (approximately USD 1,105,073.29), contributing to the city’s housing development goals and supporting urban residential expansion with reliable and well-constructed apartment facilities.
