Addis Ababa City Administration Solid Waste Recycling Project Office Building

The Addis Ababa City Administration Solid Waste Recycling Project Office Building project was undertaken to strengthen the city’s waste management and recycling operations by providing a modern and functional administrative facility. The project aimed to create an efficient workspace that supports planning, coordination, and management of solid waste recycling activities in Addis Ababa.

The scope of work included the construction of a G+1 office building, covering site preparation, foundation works, structural construction, architectural finishing, and installation of essential utility systems such as electrical, water supply, sanitation, and communication infrastructure. The building was designed to meet modern construction standards with a focus on durability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Executed for the construction of a G+1 building under the Addis Ababa City Administration Solid Waste Recycling Project Office, the project was successfully completed in June 2011. The completed facility plays an important role in enhancing administrative efficiency and supporting sustainable waste management initiatives across Addis Ababa.
