Samson Gebreyohannes Construction is pleased to announce the signing of a major construction agreement with the Amen Teachers Association for the development of a modern 1 Basement + Ground Floor + 10-Story (1B+G+10) residential apartment building in Addis Ababa.

The project, valued at ETB 747,522,929.07, represents an important milestone in the continued growth and expansion of the company. The new development is designed to provide high-quality residential facilities while meeting modern engineering, safety, and construction standards.

The scope of the project includes site preparation, excavation, foundation works, reinforced concrete structural construction, masonry works, architectural finishing, mechanical and electrical installations, water supply and sanitation systems, drainage infrastructure, and all associated civil works required for the successful completion of the apartment complex.
